KITCHEN AND AMENITIES:

steady background heating (radiators will only feel warm, rather than hot) not: guests turning it up and down constantly, so if unsure, please contact us.

Please read our Hot Tub Safety Guidelines before using the hot tub.

Fresh linens and towels are provided for each guest.  The two ensuite bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and tea/coffee-making facilities.

Hot tub, Patio furniture, Barbecue grill, and access to an outdoor games room just one-third of a mile up the road with a full-sized table-tennis table (ask for further details).

Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday home. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly – there is an ashtray on the outside dining table.

Parties or events are not permitted without prior approval.

The maximum number of guests allowed is 8 people, unless previously arranged.

Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests will be responsible for any resulting costs.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please see our Polite Dog Rules for Guests

Cleaning: The house will be professionally cleaned, after your stay, however we would be grateful if you could leave it neat and tidy, with dishes washed or left in the dishwasher.  The cleaners will sort out the rubbish but please use the relevant recycling containers under the sink!

Checkout time is 10:00am unless otherwise agreed.

Please return the keys to the outside key safe and ensure all doors and windows are locked.
